Beautifully demonstrating the universality of urban art, what some people would call grafitti, this image was taken at an impromptu outdoor "art gallery" on the walls of abandoned buildings in La Rochelle, France in 2012. Although no doubt long gone by now, swallowed up by urban renewal, or another grafitti artist's need for creative space, the exact location of this gem is noted below.
